I am a foreigner; can I attend the Pre-College Program, or is it only for Mexicans?
The program is for high school students, regardless of whether they are Mexican, foreign, studying in Mexico, or in another country.
How do I know if my registration was successful?
You will receive an email confirmation with the next steps.
Is it required to bring a companion with me?
No, it is not required.
How can I purchase my medical insurance or international travel insurance?
If you do not yet have medical insurance covering international travel, you can purchase one when buying your airline ticket or here:

It is a requirement for participants to have valid medical insurance with international or Mexican coverage.
Is it necessary to bring any materials for the program?
Yes, you will need a laptop or tablet. If you don’t have one, we can lend you one.
When do I need to make the payment?
Once you have received the email confirming your participation, you will receive the link to make the payment.
What is the registration fee for the Tec de Monterrey PreCollege Program?
The program fee is $34,000 MXN (thirty-four thousand Mexican pesos) for international participants.
For local students, the cost is $29,000 MXN (twenty-nine thousand Mexican pesos).
What does the program fee include?
• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served on campus
• Transportation to all scheduled activities and company visits outside campus
• Transportation to and from the airport
• Accommodation at Tec Residencies (housing is not included in the cost for local participants)
Does the registration fee include transportation expenses?
While flight expenses to reach Mexico City or Querétaro are the responsibility of the student, transportation from the Mexico City or Querétaro Airport will be provided at no additional cost.
